Alex Foley and Associates founder, the Hon. Alexandra Foley, has over fifteen years experience in international public relations. She spent nine years in New York working for two top agencies - Abernathy MacGregor Scanlon and Robert Marston & Associates.
During this time she worked with a diverse range of corporate clients including Bain & Company, Honeywell, Pentair, Jay Alix & Associates, John Hancock Life Insurance, the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and Barrick Gold. Returning to London in October 1999, Foley became a director of Chancery Communications, a financial public relations consultancy based in Covent Garden, before founding Alex Foley & Associates Limited. The firm was founded to take advantage of Alexandra's extensive network of business and personal contacts in Europe and the U.S. Since this time, the company has represented numerous expeditions including David Hempleman-Adams Atlantic Balloon Challenges and his record-breaking trek to the Geomagnetic North Pole; Will Cross's Novolog Trek to Cure Diabetes (South Pole), Rosie Stancer's Snickers South Pole Solo Challenge and the Nordkapp 2004 Dog Sled Challenge.
